As a member, you’ll join a monthly group call with others who have experienced loss. Together, we’ll share our stories in a safe and supportive space, reflect on our journeys, and explore practical tools and insights to nurture healing and hope.

Meet your grief coach
Hi, I’m Gabby, and I started Life After Loss to help people find hope and healing after loss. After unexpectedly losing my mum, my best friend and biggest encourager, it felt as though my world had changed overnight. Everything I once knew suddenly felt unfamiliar. Grief has reshaped and continues to shape my identity, deepened my understanding of life, and opened me to growth I never imagined possible.
Through this journey, I discovered that healing in grief has many ups and downs; there’s no clear, straight path. Healing means learning to carry love and loss together. Along the way, I found strength in community, honest conversations, and gentle, intentional practices that nurtured my mind, body, and spirit.
Now, my heart is to walk alongside others in their grief, offering compassion, understanding, and hope as they find meaning, resilience, and moments of joy again.
